Yes. All fragrances sold by Scentsational Fragrances are 100% authentic and sourced from reputable distributors and wholesalers. We do not sell counterfeit or imitation products.
Are your products brand new?
Yes. All products are brand new unless otherwise stated in the product description.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–8 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability and carrier delays.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are generally final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us at support@scentsationalfragrances.org within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders may only be canceled or modified before they are processed for shipment. Please contact us immediately after placing your order if changes are needed.
