Due to the nature of fragrances, most sales are final.

To ensure product integrity and hygiene, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or unsealed items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition to qualify for resolution.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
